On Saturday, August 24, 2019 Madame Helen Vari, President of the George and Helen Vari Foundation and Member of the Order of Canada, for her philanthropic work, volunteer contributions, and for her extensive service to educational, cultural and social initiatives held her annual Garden Party in memory of her beloved husband, The Honourable George W. Vari in Cobourg, Ontario.

Representing The Rev. Archpriest Fr. Zareh Zargarian, Vicar of the Armenian Church Canadian Diocese and the Parish Priest of Holy Trinity Armenian Church of Toronto, in this event were Mrs. Armineh Boyadjian, Chair of St. Sahag and St. Mesrob Armenian Saturday School Council and Mrs. Ani Sarvarian, Executive Secretary of Holy Trinity Armenian Church.

Ms. Anne-Marie Paraghamian, special assistant to Madame Vari, accompanied the representative members of HTAC at the event and was attentive to all guests at this wonderful gathering.

Honorary Consul of the Republic of Armenia in Toronto, Mr. Varoujan Lapoyan and his family were among attendees of this beautiful event. 
Mr. Gérard Paraghamian (well-known Toronto artist) and his spouse, were also in attendance.

Special appreciation to all organizers and especially to Madame Vari for bringing everyone together in celebration of Mr. Vari's fruitful life.
