Deacons & Altar Servants
The Deacons and Sub-Deacons of the Holy Trinity Armenian Church hold a sacred and essential role inthe spiritual and liturgical life of our parish. As ordained servants of the Armenian Orthodox Church, they assist the Parish Priest during the Divine Liturgy and other sacramental services, carrying outspecific and meaningful responsibilities at the altar.
Sacred Service at the Altar
With reverence and discipline, they participate inthe procession, the reading of the Gospel, the preparation of the Holy Gifts, and the orderly conduct of the worship service, ensuring that each celebration is offered with dignity and devotion. Their commitment extends beyond Sunday services, as they faithfully attend rehearsals and special preparations prior to major feast days. Through their service, the Deacons and Sub-Deacons help preserve the sacred traditions and centuries-old liturgical heritage of the Armenian Church, offering their time and dedication for the glory of God and the spiritual enrichment of our faithful community.
