Montreal, May 31, 2023 – The 41st Annual Assembly of the Armenian Diocese of Canada took place in Montreal, where His Grace Bishop Abgar Hovakimyan was re-elected as the Primate of the Diocese.
Rev. Archpriest Fr. Zareh Zargarian, the Vicar and Parish Priest of Holy Trinity Armenian Church, conveyed heartfelt congratulations on behalf of the Parish Council, delegates, auxiliary committees, and the congregation of Holy Trinity Armenian Church. In his message, Fr. Zargarian expressed his best wishes for Bishop Hovakimyan’s continued success in his dedicated service to God and the Armenian Church Diocese.
The assembly gathered clergy and lay representatives from across the Diocese, reflecting on the achievements of the past year and setting forth goals for the future under Bishop Hovakimyan’s leadership.

Մոնրէալ, Մայիս 31, 2023 Գանատահայոց Թեմի 41-րդ Տարեկան Պատգամաւորական Ժողովը տեղի ունեցաւ Մոնրէալ քաղաքին մէջ, ուր Գերշ. Տ. Աբգար Եպս. Յովակիմեան վերստին ընտրուեցաւ Գանատահայոց Թեմի Առաջնորդ:
Արժ․ Տէր Զարեհ Աւ․ Քհնյ․ Զարգարեան, Փոխառաջնորդ Գանատահայոց Թեմի եւ Հոգեւոր Հովիւ Ս. Երրորդութիւն Հայց. Առաք. Եկեղեցւոյ գոհունակութեամբ փոխանցեց իր սրտի խօսքը եւ շնորհաւորութիւնները Սուրբ Երրորդութիւն Եկեղեցւոյ, Հոգեւորականաց, Ծխական Խորհուրդի, օժանդակ յանձնախումբերու եւ հաւատացեալ ժողովուրդին անունով։ Տէր Զարեհը յաջողութիւն մաղթեց Աբգար Սրբազանին, Աստուծոյ եւ Հայ Եկեղեցւոյ իր մատուցած նուիրեալ ծառայութեան մէջ։
Աբգար Սրբազանի առաջնորդութեամբ սոյն Ժողովը համախմբեց հոգեւորական եւ աշխարհիկ պատգամաւորներուն՝ ամբողջ Թեմէն ներս, ուր քննարկուեցան անցած տարուայ յաջողութիւնները, եւ ճշդուեցան ապագայի նպատակները:
