On Monday, January 5, 2015, the Armenian Church and Nation throughout the world celebrated the Eve of Nativity of our Lord Jesus Christ.

The evening prayers started with Vespers Service and Reading from prophetic scriptures by Sunday School students, special thanks to Mrs. Sirvart Mikaelian for her time, care and teachings.

His Grace Bishop Abgar Hovakimian, Primate of the Armenian Church Diocese of Canada celebrated the Divine Liturgy at Holy Trinity Armenian Church, assisted by Rev. Archpriest Zareh Zargarian, the Deacons and the Church Choir led by Mr. Shahe Altounian.

As always, we were happy to have The Rev. Canon Harold Nahabedian from Anglican Church with us attending the Christmas Eve Liturgy.

After the liturgy, the procession of clergy and faithful gathered in the church lobby, where the tradition of House Blessing took place. More photos…
