Every year, St. Sahag St. Mesrob Armenian Saturday School organizes a 2-week teacher-led pilgrimage to Armenia for the Grade 8 graduating class. Generally, all graduates participate. While in Armenia, students experience the beautiful landscape of their ancestral homeland. They visit monasteries, monuments, and museums, as well, schools in Yerevan and in the villages. This annual pilgrimage has proven to be very meaningful and transformational for our students.
