Watch the video: Etchmiadzin musical is an entertaining, exhilarating and aesthetically pleasing entertainment unique to the Armenian experience.    The production, entirely sung and recited in Armenian, traces the Christian history of our nation, from St. Gregory the Illuminator through to modern history.   The adult choir, youth dancers, soloists, costumes and light and sound effects combine to make a powerful statement.  The battle of Avarayr is depicted as the fierce struggle and martyrdom to safeguard Christianity for Armenians.  In the segment outlining the creation of the Armenian alphabet, children dressed as Armenian letters dance and scamper on stage, portraying the joy of our people at finally having their own alphabet.   Etchmiadzin is a professionally-made show, and will leave you inspired and exhilarated, and proud of our Christian heritage.
